At Rainco. we want you to be happy. If you decide for any reason that you don't want your merchandise or if your rubber rain boots are the wrong size, you can return them, unworn for a refund or exchange them for another pair. The item(s) must be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

With your return, please include your full name, address, phone number, reason for return  & instructions on what you would like us to do.  For example, "Please credit me for my order" or "I would like to exchange these for a size 8."  We will notify you immediately when we receive your return.

Damaged Product

If your boots or product come to you damaged in any way, please contact us immediately. We will replace your damaged product right away, no hassles. If you have any questions, please contact us.
