Shipping Information   

Typical customer orders to a residential address within Canada and the 48 contiguous United States normally will be shipped within 1-2 Business days of receipt of order.  Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post and typically take 3-5 business days.  All orders to the United States will be shipped via UPS and usually take 5-8 business days.  UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.  If you would like us to ship to a PO Box or APO address in the US, please contact us to arrange another shipping method.  Rain Co. ships worldwide. We ship all orders processed before 6:00 p.m. the next business day.

You pay actual shipping charges, there are no hidden fees.  Rain Co.'s policy is to provide you with our merchandise and affordable, efficient delivery.  This means that you pay what we pay, that's it.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are determined using a program that combines the weight and dimensions of your whole purchase, including multiple purchases to provide you with an accurate shipping total.

International recipients are responsible for any taxes, duties or brokerage fees.  Any orders destined to the United States that are over $200 product value require the purchaser's Social Security Number.  This will be asked for during your checkout.

Once orders are shipped you will receive an email from UPS including a tracking number that will provide you with detailed, up-to-date information for your package.  This includes the shipping date, estimated delivery date and any other information deemed useful.  Other order information can be viewed when logged into your account.
